Terms and Conditions

GBH COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (“GBH”) TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please call 800-222-5424, option 3 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for orders within 30 days of purchase before shipping your product back to us.
SHIPPING POLICY

  • GBH guarantees same day shipment for products in-stock placed before 2:00 p.m. pacific time.
  • Shipping payment terms are prepay and add, unless specified otherwise.
  • Visible shipment damage must be noted with the carrier or delivery refused.
  • Hidden damage must be reported to GBH within 72 hours of delivery.
  • GBH orders ship FOB origin- Monrovia; CA. Customer assumes title and full ownership of goods from point of origin. Customer assumes all responsibility for filing lost/damaged claims with carrier. GBH may, as a convenience, file shipment claims on customers’ behalf, as it sees fit.

RETURN POLICY

  • GBH will not issue credit for product that is returned after 30 days from shipment date. Any returns after 30 days if approved will be subject to a 10%-50% restocking fee.
  • Please call 800-222-5424 option 3 to obtain an RMA number for orders within 30 days of purchase. Please see GBH’s RMA policy below.
  • All products returned must be unused, undamaged, 100% complete, and contain ALL original boxes and packing material, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes,  contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer, otherwise restock fees will apply. Any writing or defacement will result in the RMA to be refused and sent back to the customer.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to GBH on returned items.
  • GBH strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

SPECIAL ORDERS POLICY
Special Orders
- If available through our suppliers, we will gladly special order products not in our regular inventory.
HOWEVER, ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-CANCELLABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) POLICY - An RMA number is required for all items returned to GBH for repair, warranty repair, trade-in or credit (units purchased within 30 days).

1. Please call 800-222-5424 option 3 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). For faster service, please be ready to provide customer name, invoice number, serial number and reason for return.
2. Please include the RMA form inside the shipping container and reference the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container.
3. Please use outer packaging (shipping container) when sending unit(s) back.
4. Please send only those items that are listed on the RMA. If you have other items to send, please call 800-222-5424 option 3 for a revised RMA.
5. Shipping charges are not refundable.
6. Please do not mix repair/trade-in returns with credit returns.
REPAIRS & WARRANTY
GBH honors all headset manufacturers’ limited warranties and will fix or replace defective product during the manufacturers’ warranty period. All Polycom or Lifesize products are back to factory warranty or replacement.  GBH also repairs headsets that are no longer covered by the manufacturers’ warranty. GBH provides a one year warranty for such repairs. For repair and warranty service, please follow the RMA policy above. Please include any additional instructions for repair technicians inside the shipping container. For out of-warranty repairs, a repair estimate will be sent for your approval prior to the repair work being done. Please do not mix other returns with repairs. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, GBH disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purchase. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
COD- An additional charge will be added to all COD orders. Please check current charges while placing your order.
CREDIT CARDS- GBH accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
FINANCE CHARGE AND COLLECTION EXPENSE-
Interest will be added to all past due balances at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, compounded monthly (or the maximum rate allowable by law). If GBH deems it necessary or appropriate to refer an account to an agent or attorney for collection, all costs and expenses of collection (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) will be charged to the buyers’ account and will accrue interest at the rate stated above. Buyer consent to the jurisdiction of any court located in the state of California will respect any legal action that may be commenced against the buyer for collection of any amount due to GBH or its affiliates.
